1.1 Personal Data and Authentication

The App uses authentication services such as Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. When you log in, we may collect:

• First and last name
• Profile picture
• Unique user ID

This data is necessary to create your account, securely identify you, save your preferences, and synchronize your card collection across different devices.

1.2 Location (Geolocation)

The App requests access to your location (precise or approximate) for the tournament search ("Tournament Finder") feature. This allows us to show you events, stores, or tournaments near you.

• Location is only used when you actively use the relevant feature.
• We do not track your movements in the background unless strictly necessary for the requested functionality (e.g., tournament area updates) and we do not store your location history on our servers.

1.3 Camera

We request access to your device's camera to:

• Scan cards: We use image recognition technologies (such as Google ML Kit) to allow you to scan physical cards and quickly add them to your digital collection.

Image processing for text recognition occurs primarily on the device or through secure temporary services; images scanned for this purpose are not permanently stored on our servers.

1.4 Storage and Files

We request access to your device's gallery or storage to:

• Import and export your card collection (e.g., backup and restore via JSON/CSV files).
• Select images from the gallery if required by the app's features.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the information collected for the following specific purposes:

• Service Provision and Maintenance: Allow you to manage your collection, find tournaments, and use all the App's features.
• Cloud Synchronization: We use Firebase (Realtime Database and/or Firestore) to securely save your data (collection, decks, preferences) in the cloud, making it accessible if you change devices or reinstall the app.
• App Improvement: Analyze anonymous crash data and error logs (e.g., via crash reporting) to fix bugs and improve the application's stability.

3. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers who help us manage the App, subject to confidentiality obligations. The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase (Usage data analysis)
• Firebase Authentication, Database & Firestore (User and data management)
• Google ML Kit (Text/image recognition)

4. Data Security

We adopt reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your information. We use encryption (such as HTTPS) for data transmission and rely on Google Firebase's secure infrastructure for storage. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can find the appropriate option within the App's settings (often in the "Profile" or "Account" section). Alternatively, you can send us a request to the email address below. Account deletion will result in the permanent removal of your cloud-saved collection and your personal data from our systems.
